13 Business Days to Go Live

The project I am on is going live on 1/24. It is a update to a claims system to support another line of business and includes a data conversion. I make the distinction between business days and days on the project as the work schedule is based on work days which should include contingency time. Weekends are not contingency but emergency time only. The only weekend that is planned as work time is the go live weekend which we already have planned out and are now just tweaking the start and end times.
